Hi
I was asked to make a separate thread about this bike. It is my favorite, and I finished it last year.
Actually, I was offered reasonable amount of money for the exhaust system, so in these days, I'm making new one. It will never be as nice as the old one, but I'm constantly trying new things:o)) The last two pictures show the latest progress!

2010
Specification:
Frame - stock
Engine - stock + KN filtr + jets
Sub frame - Buell
Wheels - Honda SP2
Brakes - Honda SP2
Forks - Honda SP1+Willbers springs
Exhaust - custom made by Exlerson
Coooling - KTM LC4 rads
Seat - Buell
Tank - enlarged to 24L
Swingarm - Honda SP1
Shock - Paioli (ex Bimota DB9)
Tacho - Acewell
Headlight - Yamaha Bulldog
Braided brake lines, Rizoma BF holder, 28mm handlebars, carbon rear fender, alu grips, PT radial brake/clutch pump, Supersprox, LED turnsignals, LED tail light, Buell front fender, Ohlins steering damper.

2011 - Facelift
Swingarm - Honda SP2
Brakes - radial Yamaha r6
Exhaust - 60mm pipes..endpipe not decided yet (maybe Laser Extreme)

Tacho - Koso ala DUC 1098
Shock - Ohlins
Yokes - new CNC bottom yoke

I you have any questions, contact me.

Cheers

WOW....did you do all the work and fabrication yourself?

Was the tank ok after? How did you prevent leaks etc?

No way man..I'm not that skilled! I leave such tasks to pros..it's still tank full of petrol!! I do not want to risk my balls:o))
They are no leaks, until now. It would show even under the paint. The inside is covered with heated tin (stannum).

it's only since they moved that bleedin colllege further out into the sticks,
I found ballistic VFR-V-tec wheelies up that long driveway used to impress the lady cadets when i was doing my mastersthumbup01.gif
